Location and room

The restaurant staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful most of the time, first answer was no or can’t or do by yourself! First day the dinner supposedly be till 9:30pm we reach at 9pm buffet was almost empty no more food or we found cold left over and if we want plain pasta for the kids 1 waiter said us sorry is busy we can’t serve it , so we went to the Vieste city to make sure my kids has some food fortunately not all of them were same but at breakfast in the morning one day, I asked for a green tea bag and the answer was what is available was on the counter near the coffee machine. I mean , should I have brought from home after we paid half board ? Not to mention at the beach bar service I asked if any water melon available he just gesture like no there maybe just saying sorry not available today would be more correct! The only helpful and courteous are the lifeguards and the entertainment staff . And check out at 10am better not tell you how disappointed the way they talk to you at the reception is so bad !!

Small apartment, the fridge was very tiny for four people, expensive beverages and beach spots being an extra charge
