Roami at Hibernia Tower

Great place to stay had everything we needed.easy access and great location

This property had roaches, clogged tubs, and no-working stove. Requested and late check out and was disturbed every 30 minutes until check-out.

Love this place. I stay here every time I come to New Orleans. It’s quiet enough to get work done during the day, and close enough to the Quarter to not get work done at night.

Great location, walking distance to everywhere! Nice space, comfortable pull-out couch sleeps four comfortably in the 1-BR. Missing some key staples, like ice trays and coffee filters.

House keeper stole my 900 dollar head phones no one from property has even tried to reach out to me it’s like they don’t care BEWARE

Did not have common necssities, as advertised - ie laundry detergent, coffee filters, coffee pods, bedding, toilet paper. We spent numerous days calling, texting and finally provided. We were to sign a very lengthy agreement of their righs to terminate us after we paid our full rental. Nothing that about Roami's commitment to its guests. Would be reluctant to stay, again.

Location was great, apartment was spacious and bright. Amazing rooftop pool area!

This property was in a good location as far as being in the heart of the city but that was about it. There were a lot of sketchy people coming in and out of the building. We got locked out of our room on the first night because the batteries in the door lock died. We called the number that was provided and waited over an hour to reach anyone even though it said we were first in line on the wait. There was no on call maintenance to fix the door and no one showed up until almost 11 am the next day. We asked for management to call us back and we never received a call. There was no cleaning supplies, minimum towels, only 1 roll of tissue per bathroom for a 4 day stay. Not to mention the noise level from the street was as if we were sleeping outside.

Wasn’t able to find password for wifi or key fob. Shower half way worked and clothes were in the dryer literally from 10pm until close to check out neither load got dry. Had to take wet clothes on the plane.

Sheets could have been better. Towels stuff. Needed to ask for more
