USThe location and size of the property. Also, it was reasonably priced.
GBLocation was very near the Metro. Generally the facilities and shop were very good. Annoyingly nothing was priced in the shop. WE used the kitchen for tea and coffee and was ok for us. The washing and dryer were useful so we were not taking lots of dirty clothes home.
My Daughter had the larger room with 2, beds and on suit bathroom. I did not really see the room but I think it wa pretty good. My room though, had no furniture apart for a built in wardrobe and small, bedside cabinet. No chair, table, storage for clothes apart for the floor or my suit case. No mirror. My bathroom was a few yards along the corridor, which was acceptable.
USIt was easy to collect the property keys from the Reception desk on arrival. Instructions from the WeHost were clear.
Location: one stop on the Yellow Metro line from DCA airport, and few Metro stops from the Washington downtown. Safe area. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Metro station. There are good restaurants in walking distance. A small grocery store is located on the ground floor of Crystal City building.
