Personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme. På selve hotellet var der ro, så man kunne slappet godt af. Værelset var fint indrettet og behageligt og man kunne ikke høre naboerne. Tagterrassen havde en god udsigt over byen og man kunne se over mod Vesuv. Maden var fin. Der var ikke langt ned til byen og til toget

Der var en del trafik støj når man lå ved poolen, grundets den placering ud til vejen, hvor der var noget trafik og de dytter meget. Morgenmaden havde ikke det store udvalg. Prisen for det mad, man kunne købe, var lidt høj i forhold til størrelsen og det mad man fik. Restauranten havde lukket første aften vi ankom, dette var lidt træls, da vi to trætte mennesker skulle ud og finde aftensmad. Køleskabet på værelset kunne godt havde været lidt større.
