"Sehr schönes Anwesen, aber schlechtes Management."

Es ist ein wunderschönes Anwesen mitten im Chianti Gebiet mit Blick auf Raddha. Es gibt viele interessante Weingüter in der Gegend, die besichtigt werden können.

Das Management ist schlecht. Es gibt zwar jede Menge Personal, aber keiner hat das Gesamte im Blick. Unsere Juniorsuite war sehr dunkel, sodass wir selbst tagsüber Licht anmachen mussten. Die Liegen am Pool wurden weder nachts noch bei Regen abgedeckt und waren somit verschmutzt und oft nicht nutzbar. Die Gartenmöbel wurden nur nach Anfrage mit Polstern versehen. Beim Frühstück gab es weder Polster noch Tischdekoration im Garten.

"Outstanding property with wonderful views"

The property is absolutely beautiful and the views are just stunning. Delicious breakfast. Location is perfect to visit the Chianti area and villages nearby.

The hotel has a common area /kitchen. Would have been great to have a few non alcoholic drinks available there instead of having to go back to the room to get from the free minibar.

Beautiful, well maintained property. Helpful, lovely staff. They assisted us and gave us great recommendations for our tour in the area. The bed was great, comfortable and super clean. Delicious breakfast. My husband and I had a blast at the hotel. Thank you!

Colazione super, tornerei per far colazione.

Sottostante la piscina, ci sono dei lettini per rilassarsi, ma sei disturbato dalla ventola esterna del climatizzatore che fa rumore tutto il tempo.
