CHTotul , hotelul este super si în primul rînd are vista al lago , camerele sînt spazioase, si este situat în naturã, mi-a plãcut foarte mult de personal au fost foarte primitori si amabili, Micul de jun este imens si au de toate .

ITBellissima struttura, in mezzo alla natura, nella montagna sopra al lago, in qualche minuto si arriva a Luino. Parcheggio comodo, colazione abbondante, camera grande, terrazze per aperitivi o caffè molto grandi, ottimo anche per i bambini. Lo staff è eccezionale, molto disponibile e simpatici. Top anche per le famiglie. Attaccato al confine con la Svizzera, beh in poche parole molto azzeccata come location per le vacanze o per il weekend per poter visitare il lago e tutti i paesini che lo costeggiano, dall'Italia alla Svizzera stessa. Consigliato di cuore.

Wir waren im März hier und die Unterkunft war sehr dürftig beheizt. Duschen bei diesen Temperaturen war nicht möglich.

PLExtremely friendly staff, it's actually a family-ran hotel at the top of the mountain, almost on the very border between Italy and Switzerland, perfectly located for day trips in the area. Amazing full continental breakfast, with wide buffet and also several sweet options for the dessert, enough to put you through most of the day. The rooms and whole hotel is very well maintaned, clean and comfortable, very safe and with big car parking. If you're bringing a motorcycle there's even a big garage (ground level) where you can conveniently park it or service if needed.
It's true that the doors are quite thin (mentioned in some comments), so if other guests behave loudly, you might hear it. However it's far from a party hotel and it wasn't a problem for me during a 8-night stay. There's also no restaurant, however the bar is equipped with the choice of snacks, coffee and other beverages, just make sure to bring your food or eat in the surrounding towns before you head for the night.
