Eraora Hotel Village

This is a resort Hotel that we found was very nice ,clean and the food served was very good.It has a great beach front and a huge nicely kept pool and patio area.Having said that one should have a rental car if staying there as Taxi fares are expensive in this area and you are 21 kms south of Salerno.You should also have a working knowledge of Italian as 98 percent of the staff can not speak English.One young lady Paula at reception could speak a little english and she was excellent to deal with and assisted us with many language issues we had with the staff and calling for taxi ,s to the hotel.

I arrived late, very stressed, after a very difficult bike ride from Napoli, at 850pm. She instructed me to go get some food imediately ( before the dining room closed at 9pm ) and after a good meal I finally felt human. I appreciated her insight into my needs then and am hugely grateful. Room was fine. In the morning the help from a young chap on reception to help me with a WiFi issue was above and beyond. Please tell him the maps loaded and I am now cycling happily to Sicily . Well done the reception team . A huge thank you

Para mi está lejos de ser un 4 estrellas. Hotel viejo. Los cuartos feos y cero confortable A tener en cuanta impostos que cobran ellos sobre el uso de pileta playa etc. que a la hora d ela reserva no decía nada Lo positivo. La animación, la pileta, el acceso a la playa con reposteras y sombrillas y la simpatía de los empleados del bar de la pileta Por el precio que pagamos hubiera elegido otra cosa o ubicación. Está lejos. Zona fea Es parque aquático cierra a las 17 para tener en cuenta
