Great communication from hosts, the little touches like tea/coffee/milk and the super location.

Wished we could have stayed longer!

The apartment was very well presented and ideally located – close to nearby shopping and a scenic stroll to the beach (if walking through Bournemouth's lower gardens). Kelly and Mark were very thorough and clear in their information about arrivals, key collection, instructions (handy guest manual) etc, which made that aspect of the holiday break a breeze. Would happily recommend this apartment and would book to stay here again!

A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with secure parking. Convenient location close to Bournemouth amenities and adjacent to the gardens which provide a lovely walk to the town centre and the beach. Clear instructions from the hosts.

The kitchen is well equipped but we did find the refrigerator door difficult to open.

Our family stay at this property was a lovely experience. We were sent very clear instructions prior to arrival regarding checking in and finding the property keys. We utilised the private car garage under the property which was very convenient as surrounding areas were all pay and display. There was a convenient lift from the garage to the ground floor flat and upon entering the flat we were presented with a beautifully decorated and clean space. There were two bedrooms and bathrooms, sizeable living room and kitchen. We loved the Smart TVs! The property also has a quiet private patio area at the back however as it was cold during our stay, we didn't use it. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was amply stocked and the bathrooms were clean and new. The living room and dining area were cosy and we relaxed in there many times. The flat is a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants and a short drive to the beach. There are plenty of breakfast/dinner options nearby and we used local delivery options some days. Overall the apartment block is quiet and peaceful. The neighbours we did meet were friendly.

We would have liked a full length mirror in the twin bedroom.

Comfortable, clean, quiet location, underground parking was a bonus, the host was exceptionally helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again when we next visit Bournemouth
