Palazzo Matà Boutique Hotel

Amazing view. It has Sky tv -great if you’re watching the Ryder Cup. Lovely breakfast, fresh juice,eggs, lots of cake.

Some floors are rough wood so potential of splinters. Towels were very rough.

I feel that the hotel has much to offer, yet our experience was awful and the hotel has dismissed our concerns. At first they communication well with issues we experienced, however this declined when we shared the issue of falling terribly ill due to sewerage issues they had. This was disclosed in email to advise why the restaurant was closed. It seems they are now discontinuing any effort to resolve the issues. We will be escalating our complaint.

Kitchen was shut down Thursday 21 August for repairs to the sewer. We dined in the restaurant on Wednesday 20 August. Throughout Wednesday night and Thursday day/night there was the stench of sewerage. We had contacted reception about the smell. I started to feel ill on Thursday night and spent most of Friday extremely unwell and I have to conclude that it was from eating at the restaurant and drinking the water from the taps. On contacting the hotel following our stay, to raise our complaint, the hotel have been difficult and refused to engage in any meaningful resolution of our complaint.

Удачное расположение в центре старого города и при этом наличие парковки. Вид из номера на море. Скромный завтрак, но вкусный. Все продукты идеально свежие.

Запах плесени в душевой. Вероятно шторка требует замены…

La partie restaurant est top. L'accueil super, la possibilité de se garer avec une place réservée. La literie est excellente

Remarques constructives Des volets seraient bien venus, car les doubles rideaux laissent passer le jour. Le petit déjeuner à compléter, pas de confiture, de pain, hormis du pain de mie.

The staff cares and the property is better than clean. It’s stylish and has great breakfast.

La cosa che non mi è piaciuta assolutamente ..che non accolgono i cani e quindi io ho dovuto portare il mio jack russell in una pensione per cani per una notte...

Modern eingerichtet und nettes Personal.

Die Matratze war viel zu weich - mit Rückenschmerzen weggefahren. Man darf nur einen O-Saft und eine Eispeise beim Frühstück. Schon sehr komisch, im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels. Die Tassen auf dem Zimmer waren beschädigt und sehr scharfkantig. Sollte man so nicht mehr anbieten.
