Terreforti Luxury Village

Las tiendas estaban muy bien ya que es un alojamiento especial y diferente. La piscina también estaba muy bien. El personal muy atento y muy agradable.

The resort is beautiful and the location is very peaceful.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. The first part was no one’s fault as it was due to a heatwave. We stayed in one of the glamping rooms (because i booked last minute) and the room was impossibly hot during the day as the AC could not keep up. The hotel provided a fan which helped a bit. Again, no one’s fault but don’t recommend glamping in summer. Also had an issue at the restaurant; we booked half board but at the restaurant we were not allowed to order any mains. The menu was quite limited which is fine if you are staying 1 or 2 nights but of you stay longer may be an issue. The food itself was good. Lastly, there was a private event on our 3rd night. We had been informed before via email and were invited to the event as well which was kind of them. However we were not informed about the extent of the party. They ended up playing very loud music till 2:30 in the morning and there were even fireworks let off close to our rooms at about 2am. We could not sleep and our baby was up crying all night. This behavior is completely unacceptable of you have guests staying, irrelevant if they have been informed or not. We ended up checking out a day early as there was another private event scheduled on our last night too!

The trip was great! We booked a tent — it was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. A big thank you to Giuseppe for preparing the barbecue and making us feel welcome!

Beautiful and relaxing place. Glamping tents are comfortable and have everything you need. The pool area is really nice. The breakfast is good. The staff is welcoming and helpful.
