The view was beautiful from the balcony! Having a coffee in the morning looking at sea was perfect!! That was my favourite part!

The stairs! But we knew there was stairs due to being be top floor so this isn’t a complaint lol

Not being able to park at the premises, climbing the flights of stairs with luggage etc

Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to pubs and restaurants. Beach on your doorstep. View was amazing from property.

The outside seating area wasn’t very clean and seat covering to be used outside had bird droppings on it, this was stored behind the sofa in the living room. Only 2 hand and 2 bath towels (small) for a 5 day stay. Most of the rooms could do with a fresh lick of paint especially the bathroom.

Very nice view of Caldy Island and the south beach.

The stairs were a bit of a hassle after a couple of days and a pity about the bird poo but that's what you get from a converted attic apartment on the seafront.

Fantastic location with fabulous views over the beach. Comfortable, spacious kitchen, diner and living area. Tea, coffee fresh milk all provided. First property I've found sharp kitchen knives.

Front door entry system didnt work - door bell and release system. This meant going down 3 flights of stairs to let people in.

Location was good, and central for the town.

Balcony was filthy with bird mess so couldn’t be used! Windows inside and out filthy. No instructions on how to use the cooker and hob. Could not cook our celebration lunch so decided to go straight home
