Remarkable Seaside Apartment - Sleeps 4

Modern spacious apartment with good parking facilities and near the beach. Very clean easy access and friendly host. Will definitely book again if in the area.

Location so wonderfully quiet, host v helpful, very well equipped, easy parking, all makes for a relaxing break - so much so we wanted to stay for longer :)

The key code for the lock box was given in advance and reminder sent on the day. The host was flexible with the check in time and provided their mobile number. The flat was in a lovely quiet location, close to amenities and the parking was private and the flat was comfortable and well presented.

The host was extremely rude when we mentioned that the group consisted of 2 support staff and 1 service user who has some minor mental health. I messaged the host on the day to inform him of the situation as there was also an additional staff member coming in the evening to support during the night. The host was extremely judgemental and was very intimidating. He spoke about the service user as if they were not there and made them feel unwelcome. A phrase was "i know what people with mental health are like, they will trash my house and this is not a respite home". After a lovely day at Butlins, this put a complete dampener on our trip and we felt unwelcome and on edge throughout the evening. The host then met us at the front door in the morning as we were leaving which we found quite intimidating and caused some anxiety.

Property was big and spacious for a family of 4 on a private estate which was great for the kids

What an amazing place! Photos don’t do it justice! Lovely area on a private road next to the beach.. stunning! He generously let us access the property a couple of hours early without charge! Beautiful on the inside and outside! Would deffo stay again! We wanted a chilled night, post butlins weekender and it deffo did the job!
