No window to open during the night. Patio doors were great during the day

Escort was lovely

No communication when we had an issue with toilet not working.

Comfortable and clean. Lovely seating area and a balcony too. Facilities as stated and were good.

I was in the room by the main door so was noisy every time folk entered and left. Somebody had to have that room though.

The entrance with code worked well for both doors. Close to all the shops of Aviemore, and all the amenities. Nice large towels and a clean room. Lovely having tea and coffee making facilities. Plus fridge (not that we needed it)

The smell in the hallway and room smelt too strongly of cleaning products! The flush system in the loo didn’t refill quick enough. No side lights beside or over the beds. No chairs to put clothes on! No side tables beside the bed.

Location, very clean

Very small room- not a family suite! Very thin walls, could hear people in next room cough, plug in appliances etc! Not the family suite I expected. Wouldn't book again.
