Location was fab, apartment was amazing, very modern, spacious and well equipped, only thing missing was a hob for cooking. also a Comfortable bed.

Shower room was lovely and modern but very dark, would benefit from extra lighting, also no storage for toiletries , only a very tiny shelf above a very small sink, Balcony wasn't swept and table and chairs weren't cleaned for our arrival, which I thought would be part of the overall clean between bookings, had to do this myself.

The attention to detail was impressive! The pillows were some of the best I've ever slept on. I understand that is personal preference, like most of this. The warm space was such a nice retreat from the elements. It was very well designed and thought out, that was obvious and very much felt. Like walking into a cozy home!

I didn't like that I had to leave!

Booked a breakfast but was told by restaurant staff that breakfast was not included. Probably best to book directly w agency and NOT booking.com. They were no help

Room code invalid. Took 60 min to get a working code only w help of restaurant staff unaffiliated with the hotel. Pure ice on steps and walk way. Loud neighbors up and about til after 3am. Walls paper thin. No sleep. Also shower did not drain. Kinda gross

The room smelled so we didn't stay

From start to finish myself and family had the most amazing stay , customer service was 10/10. Especially Helen , all questions answered and she was extremely helpful and went over and above to make my stay extra special especially for my son as it was his birthday , place was immaculate , very high standard couldn’t rate this place any more , I will definitely return.

Could not fault this place.
