Hawaiian Inn Studios

Received a text on our way to Pittsburgh that the condo we had reserved had plumbing issues so they put us in another place, 2 miles away from where we booked. No swimming pool no tiki bar or any dinning near us. Very disappointed!! I don’t know how I will book for next year. Very disappointed customer!!

There was nothing unique I way overpaid I was supposed to have a double meaning two rooms suite and I am more then infuriated . I am taking it upon myself for a late check out and you better believe after trying to have the property moved to the place I originally picked and not suonehting that looked good and we’re curious aboutNever ag

I really do not know where to start. the room was a dump it smelled like piss the minute I walked in. the carpet was stained. There was no smoke detector just lose wires hanging out the wall where one should have been. The bathroom was all damaged mirror was all distorted the kitchen was all damaged with appliances that barely worked, the Wi-Fi did not work. The furniture was something from a homeless shelter or good will. The chairs were unstable I could not sit on them. The view out my window was a garage dumpster there was nothing about this room to like. I did not stay there I moved to the Days Inn down the road. I have requested my money back because it looked nothing like the pictures on your web site. Expida should have never rented this dump to anybody.

Check in was easier than I expected

they do not tell you prior to reserving that all pools are out of order and inside of building hallways elevators etc are all stripped as if they are renovating it. common areas extremely dirty. They also charged an additional cleaning fee $69 that was never stated anywhere when booking or after booking. When i contacted them they stated it is in the mandatory fee section of the reservation. I checked everywhere in my reservation and also went back into their hotel on hotels.com to check and there is nothing at all mentioning this additional charge.

The hotel refuse my subscription at hotel.com and I pay more for a room

This is the grossest property! Cigerette smoke, dirty and dangerous environment. They charged a 69$ hotel fee on top of room fee. Was not advertised as such. Dont book stay away

My room was excellent it was a private owned room ill be coming back again for all my events
