Hotter from tap but even on full temp couldn’t get hot water out the shower. Aside from that good stay but shower needs sorting

Good location to work and town . Comfy bed - although access around it difficult. Decent shower - although difficult to set one temperature . Good size kitchen diner. Access with digicode on door handle was good , saves carrying keys around .

Area a bit suspect but majority of Newport is like that unfortunately. Lots of unnecessary emails . On 3rd level which might not suit everyone.

A rather suspicious stain on the mirror in the bedroom that can only be described as bodily fluid. Certainly unpleasant! Flies coming out the bin. Cleanliness not great.

Could have been cleaner and there was a strong smell of curry in the apartment from the previous occupants

The property was immaculately clean and well designed. It was very quiet.

The hosts wanted a scan of my passport and credit card. I found this intrusive and the system didn't work. I had difficulty finding the keys. I was booked for a ground floor flat with terrace but I was allocated a second floor flat up extremely steep stairs. I found it exhausting getting my heavy luggage into the flat. There was no microwave. Central heating was faulty. No side access to bed. Shower and cooker hard to operate. Many of these problems would be solved by having a "house book" with instructions for appliances not having to go online to find information.

Amazing location, very nicely decorated and well kept apartment. Would stay there anytime!
