Great location, nicely decorated. Great communication with renter.

The apartment itself was great, but it is a ground floor apartment and unfortunately the upstairs neighbours were incredibly noisy. Loud repeated banging on the floor (building work hammer loud) and hoovering floorboards throughout the night and also very loud bass music. My family got very little sleep due to this and it definitely affected our trip. The sofa bed was also broken on arrival but the host was very helpful and got back in touch asap.

Well thought out and very efficient

We absolutely loved the location as it was a short walk to the train station and then only 20 minutes into London. Also 10 minute drive to WB Studios. The accommodation was clean and we loved how it was decorated with all the quirky touches. The bed was nice and comfortable. The host was quick to communicate when we needed to.

I would not recommend this accommodation for a family of 4. It's essentialy one room with a bed and a small sofa bed. We booked as a family of 4 and my daughters struggled to sleep comfortably. The accommodation is perfect for a couple. There were only two towels provided so this suggests its not really set up for more than 2 people.
