Great location, with a nice view on the square and the sea. Bright and spacious.

dishes were greasy, dirty windows and the dishwasher had a terrible smell.

Great location.

You could see and hear the sea from the property. The beach was a 2 minute walk as was the shopping centre. Balcony was perfect for a cup of tea and people watching. Could see the ruins of hastings castle from the balcony. The ceilings are high and the property has original single pane windows (if a light sleeper i suggest ear plugs as seagulls are noisy🤣). Pictures dont do the property justice. Also dont forget shower gel like i did😅 wasnt an issie though as an abundance of shops within two minutes of property. Great base if you want to go to rye, battle or camber, which are all 20-30 minute drive.

The flat had everything I needed. Hosts were excellent and quick to respond to any questions. Lovely light and airy living space and the balcony is perfect!
