"Absolutely awful do not stay here it’s full of mould it’s a health hazard it’s unclean"

Nothing this property should not be available to rent the pictures are so old and the property needs so much up keep which has not been done

The hot tub is in the lounge causing mould and so much condensation it makes it barely habitable this property should should not be allowed to be rented

Great location. Good amenities in the property.

1. Different address on confirmation. Check in was a task and a half. Had to call, drive to a new location, blah blah. It was a mess. 2. The room was dated, unclean, old, broken in parts, tatty, wonky. It was a mess. 3. A member of staff entered the room at 9am whilst I was sleeping - unannounced. We were absolutely terrified. They ran off and left the door open. 4. Cleaner tried to enter the property multiple times whilst we were getting ready. Explained we were changing/would be leaving soon however she kept pressing the buzzer. 5. “Luxury 9ine” - yet to find any luxury.
