Tunnage Square Apartments by EPIC

The apartment was very good value for money, spacious and clean. It was within walking distance of the city centre with a good selection of restaurants nearby, we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little apartment for mid-week work trip. Nicely decorated with everything you needed for a comfortable stay! Large shower with lovely hot water and good pressure. A decent sized kitchen with all the bits and bobs you need, including dishwasher and washing machine. Bed was also really comfortable and the bedding felt soft and luxurious. Easy to find and clear and simple instructions from the property. We were worried it may be a little loud at night due to the location but we had no issues mid-week.

Very modern flat with all facilities available.

Run down, terrible communication from sone staff and unwillingness to help , or even try to help, we had a bad leak , flooded our bedroom, bad electrical problems, unsafe balcony, dirty outside and rodents, and then totally refused us after all the problems when occurred, they totally refused a late check out, with my 2 children whom had disabilities.. total rude and unhelpful abd they also refused us , any type of refund, avoid this place

Good location, walkable to shopping, train station and attractions nearby. Clean and spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen, laundry , bathroom and bedroom, comfortable . Very good layout , easy to check in. Highly recommended.

Great sized apartment but there was no switch to turn off the heated towel rail - a burn risk to children

Really comfortable and spacious bang in the centre of Liverpool. Quiet despite being next to a lively bar. I’d suggest provision of a microwaveable bowl and a cafetière would be helpful for breakfast.

The apartment was beautiful however the check in was horrendous. Sent us the wrong PIN code for the lock box and no one answered the phone for 30 minutes. And then when we finally got in they hadn’t made the sofa bed up and only had 1 pillow and single bed quilt. When I phoned back I was told I had to ask for it to be made up even though our booking was for 5 people and said in the description 1 kind bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. Awful experience with 3 kids starving and tired after travelling all day.
