GBThe actual property was not as inviting as the pictures shown on the site in terms of lighting. The apartment was dark and depressing. Though all the fixtures were modern, it was hard to figure out how to use some of them, we were directed to the videos but it wasn't easy to operate even after watching the video I wouldn't stay there again. The place also did not smell fresh. It was neat but not clean, we had to buy cleaning products to clean up, but it didn't help. The property needs airing out.

GBGBVery modern apartment, clean and with good size rooms. Great fast WiFi which is an added bonus, close to rugby town centre and train station. Exceeded expectations by a long way and will be staying again for sure, highly recommended

GBReceived relatively quick help when checking in as had issues finding the right apartment. In a good location, Tesco express 2 minute walk away & also good food options short drive away. Inside is very cosy & welcoming.
No on street parking available, had to park 3 minute walk away which is fine but paid £14 for one night which is a bit steep. No basic seasoning for cooking (salt & pepper) which had to buy & left for next guests. Had to buy pack of toilet roll too as there was only 1 which had already pretty much been used by previous guests. The hob & also tv in the lounge both didn’t seem to work. The duvet was very old & in tatters.

Smelled really strongly of burning or smoke, no curtains do very well lit bedrooms at night from streetlights. Very noisy location and could hear EVERYTHING happening in flat above.

GBloved the freedom of an apartment rather than a hotel. it's a well appointed apartment, it had everything we needed. the decor was stylish. We liked that the TV had Netflix. it's well situated for exploring Rugby. Great that it's so close to the station and there is very little train noise.
in one bedroom there was holes in the wall and an electrical cable coming out of the wall. it was surprising to find an unfinished project. It was not a safe room for my child to be in. on the landing a floorboard nail had made it's way through the carpet.
