Great location

The walls up the stairs were filthy, and the carpet was also filthy, the job on the cooker doesn’t work.

Lovely property, located right in the centre. It was very modern and clean, and I really enjoyed my stay!

Location was amazing and very central to where we needed to be. The apartment was very spacious

The location was great as it was close to the city centre and Albert docks. The kitchen was lovely and well appointed, with a good size table.

I completely understand why this is so popular for hen or stag parties, but I really wouldn't recommend for families. The stairs up to the apartments were steep and the lift was out of service. The stairs within the apartment were steep with the handrails being damaged and not 100% secure. 2 toilet seats were broken and caught our little ones legs when they sat on them. Both sofas were damaged in the middle so couldn't comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children despite the apartment holding 5. Scuffs and holes all over most if not all walls. Most concerning was us coming home after 10 hours out to our apartment door wide open. We're not sure if it was our error in terms of locking the door properly, but we immediately messaged the team to ask for support in either getting CCTV or a check on the safety of the space with having 2 young children but I'm still waiting for a reply 24hrs later. I appreciate it's the weekend but surely someone is available out of hours for queries like this? It worried us so much that we ended up sleeping in one room as we were missing that assurance. Sleep wasn't helped by how uncomfortable the beds were, the single glazing that let in every noise, and the loud music from the nearby bars that went until 2am - with the accompanying sick on the door step this morning. I know this is outside of the apartment's control, and like I say probably wouldn't be an issue for a hen party, but definitely less than ideal for a family.

Great central apartments. Clean and high end finish. Great facilities and finishing touches such as shampoo, soap, dishwasher tablets ect elevated from previous stays at other apartment type accommodation.

Not easy to locate and check in information was not clear.

The property is centrally located so you can easily walk to the docks and other areas of the city.

The property is sold as easily accessible, this isn’t the case, the lift was broken and so we had to carry a buggy and a one year old up 3 floors. As soon as we arrived we raised this as an issue and were fobbed of on many occasions by the staff. We also had in the two days we were there issues with damp in both bathrooms. The smell after leaving it for a day and coming back was awful. Again the staff were far from helpful.

Staff were great, v easy self check in and out, exactly as pictured apart from the king size bed was 3 single beds

Some of the paint was pulled off and they need new mattresses but otherwise fab
