everything perfect a quiet place pity it was only one night

When we first arrived we couldn't get in , an hour before we arrived they sent an email saying we had to give a $100 damage deposit , which was supposed to be refundable , we finally get a hold of someone to let us kow we needed to give them more money , the Tv didn't work , which they finally gave us another room the next day around 4 or 5 The furniture was very uncomfortable the couch was a futon type of thing , no coffee pot , the beds were uncomfortable, pillows were very thin , no tv in the bedroom . The bathtub had hair in it .. Then a week later we get an email saying the charge a cleaning fee ! Another surprise fee .. here we are almost 2 weeks later no refund on our refundable deposit and now a cleaning fee ! I would not recommend this place to anyone .. we were very disappointed !
