Hesed Mountain Haven

Great location, beautiful views!!

Amenities and comfort. Didn't have to leave the property or go spend money to have a good time.

Loud people upstairs early in the morning, but still a great stay!

The condo was very nice and comfortable, the location was wonderful. The best Mountain View’s I’ve ever seen.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that I couldn’t lower the thermostat below 70 degrees. Me and my wife like it cool at night, we didn’t sleep very well because it was too warm in the condo.

It was absolutely beautiful it has great views of the smoky mountains.

The road to get to the apartment was kind of scary it got better the more we drove up or down it, but it was scary trying to pass other cars on a very narrow road with cliffs.

The apartment is lovely and the view from the balcony is amazing!! The facilities are really good / there’s even a Bluetooth speaker in the shower!! There are also all the kitchen appliances and utensils you need :) It’s just lovely and really well kitted out!!

The people in the apartment above were a bit noisy a few nights, but it was still a great stay overall :)

Everything was very clean only reason I didn't give a ten was bc there was a few small things trim broken loose inevitably it was cut about 1/8 of a inch to long it happens but wasn't fixed and staff i never seen any staff cant comment on them other than the unit was very clean and had no issues at all had found a few crumbs here and there in the fridge but that happens only seen them when using drawers you couldn't tell but I will be back again great place.

Fridge drawers had a few crumbs it happens no worries, and that there was only one hotub and had to wait to get in. Thats it there was much more I like than disliked very clean and the scenery was beautiful loved the view looking out the windows and sitting on the balcony.
