Adorei o hotel, ótima localização em south beach, super moderno, funcionários atenciosos. Bom café da manhã incluído, tem piscina !

O portão do hotel fica aberto, achei errado! Deveria ter senha para entrar.

Location, helpful staff, breakfast included, cancelation option, technical problems with room fixed quickly after request, beach towels provided, got early check in, good value for expensive South Beach

Included breakfast is good but is minimal with few options, very small pool, the room was very clean initially but there is no daily housekeeping, common TV area needs extra cleaning, there is no front desk so sometimes have to search for someone to help

The hotel’s location is good, and I appreciated that the rooms do not have carpet, which makes them feel cleaner and more modern.

However, there is no on-site parking. We had to use a public parking garage about two blocks away, which cost around $15 per day. While not overly expensive, it was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Unfortunately, our stay was seriously affected by a major issue. During the night, a large cockroach flew onto us while we were sleeping in bed. It was extremely disturbing and completely unacceptable. After that, we did not feel comfortable in the room. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was very noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. While the location is convenient and the room has some positive aspects, the lack of parking, the noisy air conditioning, and especially the pest issue significantly impacted our experience. Unfortunately, these problems overshadowed the positive points of the hotel.

The staff were exceptional, especially David. He made us feel welcomed and comfortable.

Staff were wonderful.

The pool was only 3 foot deep, but the ocean was within walking distance.
