Beachfront Condo with Mesmerizing Views

The property was clean, in a great location and I appreciated the security. Elevator waits could be long but you can avoid the busy times by planning accordingly. For the price I did expect the unit to be in better condition. The carpet was in need of replacement and overall the unit felt like it needed a bit of a facelift. Vinyl furniture was uncomfortable, queen beds were very worn out. Toaster didn’t work right and the dishwasher needed a repair too. A highlight was the staff - everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Location and view

We were evacuating from hurricane Milton and found this property on Booking.com. Apartment 1605 should not have been rented. It had so many damages when we entered. I reported them to both the hotel and booking.com. I received an email stating someone would come and fix some of the problems. No one ever showed up. We didn’t think we should have to pay the $132 redd sad pet fee since the pools were closed. I met with a manager. He gave me an incorrect email address to contact to get a refund. None of this experience was pleasant.

The apartment is great! The view is really wonderful. Everything is clean. The mattress in the suite was perfect.

I would consider checking in earlier or later because the elevator gets very congested at 11am. The wait was about 30 minutes (16th floor). The mattresses in the room with 2 beds are too soft.

Didn’t like that in my booking it said the resort fee was included then had to pay it again at the resort. And there are 2 separate security deposits one through some booking platform and one at the hotel. Nice new place though, great view, and well maintained building.

False reports of bad behavior due to a check in issue that wasn't my fault because I followed instructions and uploaded all ids of people checking in and changed name in guest portal but wasn't sent to actual resort and a false report of damage to place .. left the place in pristine condition..

This was an amazing resort. The reviews say so many faulty misguided opinions with so many negatives. By far this was the best beachfront condo we’ve ever been to, the service fees are totally worth it. To have a luxury stay as clean and welcoming as this there have to be fees. I absolutely loved the hospitality and welcoming smiling faces, very helpful front desk. The pool and the restaurant were amazing. The view from the pool. The beach was an easy access. White sand. Free towels and two seats. The wayer was clear and the view was just gorgeous. The condo is well maintained, the interior design/furniture and the colors very modern. Youbreally feel like you’re in a luxury condo. Beautiful view from the balcony. We loved it so much we’re extending. I worked from my balconey It was a great overall experience. I already recommended this to my froends. And if i come back to the atlantic ocean this is my place for sure.
