I had a very good experience staying at Cherry on Top. I stayed multiple days and never had any issues. The Owner was easy to deal with and communicated with me through text.

No tv n room only a bed was there

Didn't know what to expect but the place is very clean and comfortable. The room was a bit small and we did not have an ensuite bathroom. No biggie. They are making improvements to the common area. There's a big fridge there and they are planning to put in a few more amenities there. Would recommend and/or return.

Everything I noted above. It was pretty far out there but, it only took less than a half an hour to get wherever we went because of the proximity to freeway and byway. Owner was very kind and available. The mattress was not what I was used to.

This is a very quiet and comfortable space. Everything you need and such a great price too! Very helpful and considerate as well!

Do not rent from this guy.

Having a key code made coming and going very convenient. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to many dining options. The place is "as advertised", but there are minor inconveniences when you need to share a bathroom and mini-fridge with other guests. Someone else left all their toiletries in the bathroom, leaving little space in the shower and by the sink to place any of our items. The mini-fridge was already very full, with various expired items inside and others left sitting on top. One other recommendation would be to have a few more amenities in the bedroom - perhaps a small table with two chairs and a small TV.
