"Exceptional"

The location was perfect for a quiet Finger Lakes getaway. The apartment was immaculate and felt brand new. The owners paid attention to every small detail and we had everything needed for a long weekend. Listening to the falls at night and being able to grill and sit by our own private fire pit on our own deck was a big bonus. They really did think of everything. Also having Overlook Coffee directly below us, with the friendliest owners, was truly the cherry on top. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean, comfy, and a perfect location away from the “downtown” area but nearby many wineries, and a cool little bar at the end of the street. The waterfall and stream just out back was a nice bonus too.

Convenient location, cozy accomodations, some personal touches by owner like a bottle of wine on our arrival, new package of dish sponge, cleaning supplies, ground coffee etc. Bed very comfortable.
