**SCAM ALERT!!** Property doesn't disclose check in info at booking. You have to contact the owner prior to recieve instructions however the owner NEVER Answered calls, text or in app messages!! I even conctacted support and they still couldn't get through to them. After several dispute attempts Expedia finally got to the owner somehow and they still denied a refund knowing they did not fulfill there obligation! Expedia is STILL fighting to get my refund and they STILL DON'T ANSWER CALLS. I was stranded in Dallas after working a show all day and eventually had to drive back to Houston at 1am exhausted. Luckily I wasn't there on a flight or someone short on funds I could have literally been stranded outside. I've booked about 15-20k in travel this year alone and have NEVER had this happen before. I'll be contesting the charges with my bank since Expedia can't get it done. BUYER BEWARE!!
