The Civic in Fairmount

Overall a very good option for staying in Philadelphia. Communication somewhat confusing as The Civic and Orbitz aren't on the same page concerning check-in, and security deposit. The parking lot is also confusing as nothing was required to show that my vehicle belonged in the lot, and you don't want to get towed away in Philly. However, the building and room are secure and clean. I would stay here again.

Nice, clean accommodations. The owners were very easy to reach.

I stayed at the apt while my daughter was at her Freshman orientation and Saint Joseph University. Parking was right across the street and I felt safe (to me the MOST important thing). Liz and Mike were great with their communication!

This apartment was amazing, very clean and spacious. The furniture and appliances were almost new I really enjoyed the place with my family.
