The property was overall a nice experience, some issues with communication.

We absolutely loved this condo! It is booked through a third party company and they communicated through email and did require some forms to be filled out ahead of the reservation, which was no problem. The resort itself is very high end and has great accommodations. The resort employees were very friendly and willing to help. They even contacted the third party hosts when we arrived to ask a few questions about the room so we would know what we could go to the grocery store for. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, full fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and basic dining needs. They provided towels and paper goods as well! This came in handy for making food so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. The grocery store is right across the street which was convenient, too. There are also plenty of dining options close by to walk or Uber to. The views are stunning (ocean, city, canal and the Hard Rock Cafe at night!) and the balcony is expansive with outdoor seating and table. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the shower with a rainfall shower head. Access to the beach and pools are perfect for a relaxing get away, whether it’s a couple or a family. Highly recommend!!

We had urine in one of the beds and the room was dirty and hardware rusting. It was a terrible experience. We had to leave 2 days early and begged for a refund but were denied. A long standing EXPEDIA customer who was very unhappy.

Excelente location, nice amenities, the condominium was perfect had everything we needed.
