Oceanic Bliss with FREE PARK and Netflix

We were really disappointed with this accommodation. Firstly, it’s located within an absolutely filthy building, which isn’t welcoming to begin with. The actual apartment was dusty, the mattresses need replacing, there was only one hand wash for 2 bathrooms and the sofa in our living room wa damaged. The images online are deceiving as the property looks more worn down in person.

The apartment inside was clean and nicely decorated. TV and WiFi worked and host called on the phone to do her best to help on arrival and checked in via message during the stay.

The actual building was not very clean in corridors, and smelled of rubbish. The access code to car park was not working for guests or residents during our visit. The kitchen was not equipped enough to cook a meal. Nothing to put food on in the oven. Pillows and bedding were flat and lumpy...needed replacing. I paid £100 deposit on 24 Dec and had to ask why it had not been returned by 8th January. It was refunded back to my redir card in the end by January 10th I felt this was too long!

Very clean and organised and very fresh and warm and cosy. Very lovely Decor and area.

The shower was hot and powerful

The block the apartment was in was dirty, bags of rubbish everywhere, spilt milk in the lift, and strong smell of drugs. Apartment smelt musky, pots grim, bed and sofa cheap and uncomfortable. Although having an allocated parking space given this was taken up and even with permission to park elsewhere, we got 2 parking tickets. Cleaner sent to sort smell out who sprayed a can of deodorant and then cleaned pot lids with it too !!! Extention leads a trip hazard Even though the host was easy to cook contact and tried to rectify, she failed.

The property was fantastic, it was very clean and looks just like the images. The amenities were exactly as listed and more! We had a few hiccups with things out of the property’s control but Elizabeth was on hand and replied instantly with solutions. Her professionalism and response time made our stay even more stupendous. Cannot recommend the property enough!

Again no fault of the property but the hallways of the apartment block were dirty and had rubbish bags piled up.
