Ocean Terrace Family Apartments

When I arrived they were unaware of my booking. I had to show them my email confirmation. Then they put me in a smaller room which was two bedrooms until I had to let them know I paid for three bedrooms. So after hauling my luggage back down they gave me keys to another Three bedroom apartment. But here's another problem, the room was not clean. I then went back to the office to tell them the room was dirty, they had towels on the floor trash on the floor and it smelled. So now they tell me I have to wait for housekeeping to clean it. This took an hour for them to clean the room. Here's the next issue, the three bedrooms only had four beds and when I booked this place there were five beds. The proceeded to tell me that because I went through booking.com the rooms are not guaranteed. Now when you thought it couldn't get any worse it does. The ceiling has a leak by one of the bathrooms. So the floor was soaked. Then on Saturday the shower and sinks were clogged. I have pictures for all of this. I finally got them to switch me to another room on Sunday that actually looked like the room I originally booked.

I should be be partially compensated for this experience.

Que el apto que ví por la página no era el.mismo. decía que tenía utensilios de cocina y no fue así. Unos sartenes por debajo pegados de grasa de tanto uso. No habían casi cubiertos para comer. La cafetera toda curtida la placa donde va la jarra. La cama si nos movimos sonaba mucho .no había ni una esponja para lavar los platos. Ni pocillos grandes para tomar café. Definitivamente muy decepcionada del apartamento que me dieron. Todo esos utensilios deberían de cambiarlos no dan ganas de usarlos para cocinar.

Property needs upgrades. Refrigerator and air conditioner were plugged in using extension cords which could be a fire hazard. 2 chairs were very dirty looking. Refrigrator had rust spots. My sister in law said that she saw a mouse. Parking lot leaves a lot to be desired, very small. People next to us were playing their music loudly until 4 or 5 am both nights we were there and then the topper was when the Property decided to charge me another thousand dollars due to it being a big music festival weekend....the place wasn't worth what I originally paid let alone another thousand. Will definitely not be staying there again....

Clean, close to activities, and comfortable

We stayed in apartment 4. There was no curtain on the front door. You could see right into the apartment. I hung a fitted sheet there. The television was screwed to a table that was too small for it so so it fell and broke when I bumped into the table I purchased a new television tried to communicate with a property about the situation and they were very unreasonable. I kept saying oh my goodness, you broke the TV. There was a smell in the apartment overall very disappointed, especially for the price.
