Ocean Terrace Family Apartments

Location

Stains on living room furniture were bad. Shower backed up to fill tub which was yucky. No can opener, coffee pot, or toaster.

Loved the space of the apartment. Gave us some privacy. Also loved the location.

There was minor cosmetic issues such as broken blind and fridge door but neither hindered our experience.

The pressure of the showers

Filthy carpets, dirty stained furniture, TV did not work half the time, tried to get a blanket for the pull out couch and couldn't, bathroom sink clogged up from day one, water leaking around the doorway to the back bedroom, door know from to the outside came off but we fixed that.

Location

The sofa bed broke and I hit the floor. My sister cut her hand on the glass they have on the tables. Everything is old and dirty. The hallway stinks.

Location is great, room setup worked well for our family. However, if you want a hotel with a lot you can park in stay somewhere else. We were able to park in the lot only 1 night of our stay. When we returned with our children at 11:30pm to find no parking I thought there was a mistake. Called the # on their door since the office closed at 11 and was told to find street parking. An hour later and a long walk, we made it back. Additionally, the cleaning staff knocked once on a side door we thought was a closet (didn’t knock on the front door of our room) and then walked in before we could get to the door!!!

There should be enough parking for 1 vehicle for each apartment. Don’t wait to hide verbiage in the small print when you check in. The property owner basically laughed at me when I expressed we had no idea we weren’t guaranteed parking. No apology. Maids should have more respect.

The only thing I liked was the location and the patio

There was bugs in the bathroom, no TVs in the bedroom, no mirrors in the bedroom, dirt everywhere, sand on the floor, and the couch just looked so disgusting with dirt.

They gave us 3 ac window unit

The ac was broken

Close to the beach and boardwalk. Friendly front desk agent. Got an early check in

No curtain on the door. Air conditioning vents were very dusty and dirty. Lamps in the living room did not have light bulbs

The location good and the water pressure House keep service was nice
