While the staff has been consistently helpful and courteous, I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the overall condition of the property. The unit I am currently residing in exhibits signs of wear and tear, with outdated and broken appliances, furniture, and an overall need for refurbishment. The kitchen equipment, including the oven and dishwasher, are not functioning properly, and the furniture appears to be in disrepair. The bathrooms also display signs of being outdated and rundown. One notable positive aspect is the impressive view from the property. However, the outdated TV and other amenities contribute to an overall lackluster living experience. The most significant issue pertains to the elevator situation. With only one out of four elevators operational on a daily basis, residents face considerable wait times ranging from 15 to 25 minutes. This has become a major inconvenience, especially during peak hours when numerous people rely on the elevators. Thank you EA

Front desk was not helpful. They acted like we knew what to do and we didn’t. Too many rules. The staff that takes care of the cars was most helpful.

The units need upkeep. Great location but definately not a 5 star or even 4 star type of unit.
