Baltimore Abode, Walk to Cross Street Market!

This home is spacious, clean, and came with creature comforts: keurig, a number of televisions, plenty of sitting furniture, cooking utensils, coffee, and a solid set of pots and pans. The bathrooms were spotless and the water was hot. They took time to provide enough tissue, paper towels, soap and body wash. All little touches that go a long way. The location was fine. A block over we enjoyed &pizza and attempted blue moon but it was busy. I also snagged parking infront of the home which was not an issue for me as others mentioned.

The interior of the home could use a touch of tlc. I was scared we had damaged something but quickly learned that no - this was just the cosmetics of the home. Paint peeled in the bathroom but that doesn’t affect the shower. The stairs are narrow and if not careful one could slip. They seem to be painted over and are so beautiful but consider grip socks. Our visit in the winter meant a tad more heating which didn’t seem to reach all rooms. None of these are dealbreakers and I think future visitors could look past a few things because overall the home is delightful.

The location was great, nice and clean, a large place, with three great beds, ideal for families or groups of friends.

Needs a little TLC, a couple of loose bits and bobs, and the paper blinds are very tired, coffee machine didnt work. But overall it's great

Beautiful home, if you have people who cannot climb steps. There's a full bathroom on 1 st floor along with sofa beds. There's also a comfortable sofa To sleep on. Very close to downtown. Love the spacious bedrooms.

I can't say anything bad. Oh bring extra toilet paper and paper towels and dish cloth.

We had everything we needed within a few blocks walk. Plenty of space for us and we were able to relax comfortably.

Upstairs we needed fans cooling for optimum temperature comfort but overall that wasn’t a dealbreaker. Also, would recommend ice trays or an ice maker.

The best part about the property was how close it was to the ball field, market place, and the museums.

The house it’s self was in shambles. The owner was very responsive and was quick to clean the backyard which was overgrown by weeds. The doors to the bedroom are hanging off the hinges, the hinges are missing and there was doors off the cabinet and closets. The banister to the stairs is unsafe and the spindles are falling off. The house itself was filthy. The floors were dirty, the pillows and comforters were dirty, and the walls and curtains need some TLC. We would have cleaned up but there are no dish rags or cleaning supply’s around. Also, they should mention you only get one pass.

This apartment is wonderful - lots of space, very very clean and neat and in a great location. Area was safe to walk around and is centrally located. Host was very responsive. The whole apartment is newly updated, including the bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again.

There is only street parking, but it is free and a permit is provided so you can park on the road. We did have to drive around one time to find a spot to park but was able to secure a spot only a short 4 min walk away.

Eric was super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great one! The furnishings were very comfortable, from beds to couches. The home was very spacious, just right for a family. The location was within walking distance of several restaurants.
