We rented this place in August 2023. This is a great condo for one or two couples. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds (memory foam sort of like Tempurpedic). If you want complete darkness when sleeping (or early morning), get some eye covering masks. Light comes into the bedrooms via uncovered bay windows. One bathroom has a deep bathtub with jets. Super super nice to have. There is no A/C, we came to find out. Got just a bit warm during the day. But, eventually cooled off by mid-evening. Biggest downfall: internet (or lack thereof) speed and connectivity. We could never make the downstairs, main tv work enough to enjoy. We had to retreat to the bedrooms where the tv's worked better with the interface to connect to their network. But, it too was very difficult. Download speed average is 7 to 9 mbps. Horrible for streaming, which is the only way to watch anything. There are no local channels or basic tv channels to browse. You can only use streaming services such as YouTube, Netflix, etc. Good thing we always carry our Amazon Firestick with us which helps. Overall, very nice, well kept, easy access, and very comfortable.
