Although the property looked very nice initially, we had maintenance issues 5 of the 7 days of our stay. First, we had to cancel part of our vacation plans in order to be back at the unit for plumbers to come and fix a plumbing issue that had caused a leak in the tenant’s unit below our rented unit. Second, for multiple days, there were workers doing loud repairs on the unit’s balcony. Third, the master bathroom toilet was constantly running, which made it difficult to sleep. Finally, on Thursday, August 1, the smoke alarm near the laundry began to chirp because the battery needed to be replaced. Once again, this disturbed what was supposed to be a calming, relaxing vacation time and necessitated work and anxiety on our, the renters’ parts. We found the owners to be shockingly uncooperative when we asked for a partial refund, and we would urge you not to rent from them.
