"A nice place to stay at Shanty Creek"

The layout of the condominium was wonderful, and very comfortable for my husband and me, our two daughters and their spouses and children. A great common area and kitchen and the bedrooms were very comfortable. My husband, especially enjoyed the sauna. Shanty Creek is also a lovely resort. The company overseeing the property could do a better job- clothes were left in a drawer, condiments in the refrigerator and laundry in the dryer. The pool pass had expired, and I ended up calling the owner as the Evolve representative, who was supposed to resolve any issues, was uniformed and useless. It was not until the second day, after a second text, that the owner apologized and indicated that he had resolved this issue and I could pick up the pass at the front desk. In general, the stay was a success, but the company that is managing the property needs to improve.
