The host had me pay him in cash and then the next day when I received my receipt it was $150 short from what I paid. I believe there are other charges on my card that I didn’t authorize or use, so I need to get a statement from my credit card company and start an investigation. Something is not right here. Other than the over charges and the cash exchange, the visit was pleasant. The place was clean and well cared for - except all the smoking around the pool by the young group. Supposedly the place is super smoke-free, but those rules are ignored.

This was perfect for my stay visiting with family close by. The apartment was clean, quiet and well-equipped. I will return whenever I am in town. Thank you for an excellent stay!

TRAVELERS BEWARE! We were there for two nights during New Year's weekend, and we can't recommend this place to visitors to Fort Lauderdale. The good: - Great neighborhood location - Freshly (albeit cheaply) renovated apartment inside - Plenty of space with kitchenette The bad: - Tedious reservation-making process, with 3 separate payment methods requested - Loud noise (foot-stomping) from upstairs guests at all hours - Trash and clothes piled near pool - Trashy pool area with fencing surrounding the pool. It looks nothing like the photos in their ads - No on-premises staff to deal with issues - Charge for parking - TV remote did not work - Coffee maker did not work - Cheap furniture, especially bed While there, we met the owner of Coral Reef, a similar property located next door, which is MUCH nicer with an inviting pool area, free parking, continental breakfast, maid service at nearly half the price. We strongly suggest that you look at that option compared to this place.

What I did like was the building was well maintained nicely paint the washer room was nice the machine was up to date the foam mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable I like how both rooms had television. The hot water in the place was really hot when you take shower Iove that it relax my body like a spa

What I didn't like was the fact that you have to pay for parking an it didn't say that on the booking very expensive for each day you stay 15 dollars a day really is ridiculous I done paying you to rent the place also the first 3 nights of our stay there was someone staying over us making the most noise you could of barely sleep moving around things stomping so hard on the ground as they walk it was annoying inside the place you can see it is very old they use a lot of white paint to try cover it up a bit the sofa in living room needs to change its old an feels nasty I barely sit in it the cleaner needs to take a bit more time on cleaning the ac vents paint or clean the walls in the room dust down an wipe the cob webs of the roof in bathroom the sheets an pillows was really old an stain up they give us extra towels but not sheets I had to wash the sheets when I took them off the bed to wash them I noticed inside the border line of the bed frame was very dirty an nasty you saw dirt an hair there please they needs to tell the cleaner to clean that it looks like it bin there a while if you going to charge me one hundred an 25 bucks for cleaning fee I expect the place to be clean better than that this is exactly why I will never stay there again

The managers are on top of everything. Very nice quiet enjoyable place.
