Idyllic Edgecomb Forest Studio w/ Deck & Balcony!

Several issues 1: Mice … property manager when informed about having to kill mice in the room replied with: we will put more traps 2: Bed: Having to go over my wife to get up No other way 3: Crumbed space … no room to move Wooden stair case leading to a non usable loft set in the middle of the room in front of the bathroom and or the counter 4: Access: steep climb to the room Never mentioned in the booking, when called manager and told him about my wife’s medical impediment requesting another cottage the answer was no 5: Had to move to another hotel for two nights without water and electricity 6: Left a day early 7: I worked like to know what Hotel.Com would do about the above John Panas Ps: Have pictures of the dead mice
