Epicurean remodel in central location.

Very clean and comfortable. Walkable area very near light rail. Convenient grocery store across from light rail station. Apartment equipped with everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

When I booked this stay, there was no mention of the hidden fees that came along with it. Large hold on my card plus a cleaning fee for the apartment which is separate from the Expedia price. Stovetop was cracked, and some blinds were broken. The parking lot is a mess and complicated if you have anything bigger than a sedan. You have to reach out for check in instructions yourself, and I didn’t receive them until day of check in. Would have been cheaper and easier to book a hotel.

It was very easy to get off the freeway and get to the apartment. There is a fenced back yard area. The kitchen has been updated with a new fridge, soft close cupboards. The living room is open. There are trees around so you don't feel like you are in the downtown area; however, it's less than 2 miles to a grocery store.

The overhead fan for the stovetop is super noisy. Some of the dishes/utensils in the cupboards had to be washed prior to use because they had been put away dirty.

Overall the property is ok but failed to meet my expectations for the price that I paid for. The unit was remodeled but missing a few touches. The shower curtain was installed wrong. The curve rod is supposed to be curved outward not upward, making closing the curtain difficult. There is not enough counter space for our toiletry. The sink is a pedestal, therefore there was no counter space. Need to have a shelf. The TV is big but an older model with really low resolution. Although it is a smart TV, the Netflix and YouTube was not able to launch. The property should have the account to the subscription to use. I was not able to watch the TV. Disappointed. The kitchen is partially stocked. Love the nespresso machine. Would love even more if there are spices and seasoning come with the kitchen. The unit has the washer and dryer but you’ll need to bring your own detergent. There was four pods to do the laundry, enough for two loads. Ok the positive side, the beds have clean linens, the rooms are clean and have plenty of closet space. The kitchen is new with new cabinetry and appliances. However, the ice maker in the fridge does not work. Need to buy ice. There is a portable air conditioner, but in this area the AC is not needed, but it’s there if needed.

Great little place, convenient location to downtown without taking highways. The amenities within place were nice even provided earplugs for airplane noise, host is very responsive. Note: parking is on a hill and very limited

Landlord shows no flexibility whatsoever with check-in and check-out times, even stresses out via e-mail to confirm exact arrival time - even though apartment access is handled completely impersonally. Extremely complex booking here - I had to upload photo, passport etc. and to agree to a 1000 dollar deposit in a second step after the booking had been done on booking.com. Very complicated, especially for people from abroad. After booking through booking.com, you have basically paid - so there was no way for me to get out of this complex process anymore. I have never experienced anything like this on booking.com. Avoid if you can.
