Location may be ok??

Many problems It was advertised as parking included, but actually there was no parking but even worse : after I paid the full amount I didn’t get the proper address but suddenly the owner asked for a copy of ID plus a selfie !!! which is totally unacceptable and you have to pay high additional fees and charges altogether extremely bad experience

Close to transport and shops. Clean and well presented

The beds are slat based and the bedhead end slat fell out before the last nite.. As the mattress is very heavy, was unable to replace it, so head area of mattress dropped a bit into that gap - not comfortable.

Nice and tidy. Good facilities. We were able to check in early which was really appreciated.

Loud plumbing/toilet noises from upstairs

Great property. Great location. Booking was easy and the communication with the host was excellent.

Walkable to coffee shops. It was really clean and comfy, well appointed. Easy parking across the street. The host was very gracious and communicative. Loved the separate thermostats to each room!

Be prepared for a little noise from the upstairs.

We were unaware we were in a basement, although didn’t look like it, we still would’ve wanted to know. Surroundings outside were unsafe due to the homeless sleeping at the park. The community center across the street also attracted a bunch of rowdy people.

Great location and Vince was a great communicator. Check in and check out were easy. Everything was clean and comfortable. Really comfortable for our family of 4 and onsite laundry was a bonus. Will absolutely rebook next time we are in Seattle.

The refundable deposit is handled through a third party site and was a little bit of a pain. Worth the extra 10 minutes it took though.

Great location, clean little apartment me and my family loved it we had two toddlers who had so much fun. Loved that each room had a heater even the bathroom!
