Beautiful building. It felt like new construction, seems pretty new. Kind of a suburban feel with nearby dining and shopping

I am satisfied. Easy check in process. There is no front desk. Everything is done via email.

Clean and updated property/recently renovated. It was in a quiet neighborhood, hotel-style room in a house. I like the updated amenities. Our room was in the basement floor so we had one very small window, so limited sunlight it felt a little like a dungeon. Especially with only the harsh lights overhead for lighting. The sliding door to the bathroom leaves large gaps on both sides so privacy is non-existent, so be aware if you’re going with a new partner/friend. There is NO WiFi. They let me know upon check in and said there was a “trial” WiFi we could connect to but there was none available. There is an TV but impossible to watch the Roku TV as there was no wifi, and barely cell service so be prepared. Overall the cost for the stay was very reasonable so I’d consider staying again if in a pinch, just don’t expect creature comforts here.

I would not consider this a hotel. It is a modified room in the basement of a home. Entrance is through the homes foyer. There was no proper coffee maker. Once I arrived I was sent very restrictive rules, to include quiet hours.

The host was a gentleman and very polite.

I was impressed, not bad for the price. The unit looked actually how it was represented. There was a damage deposit fee, but it’s refundable. I will ask my company to booked the same location and unit.

Location, neighborhood, and property layout was nice. The only "issue" I had was your concept of a futon was off. Should've been a pull out couch or unfold futon. Wasn't comfortable. One of the beds was "sunken" in. And the futon should be placed in the first floor unit. That way you have 2 beds downstairs and 2 beds upstars. Instead its 3 beds upstairs and 1 bed down stairs. Be great property and layout. I loved the amenities! Just a little more improvements.

We rented the 1BR and 2BR for a quick stay. Both were super clean and were aesthetically pleasing. All the mattresses were saggy and very uncomfortable. There were enough TVs in both units BUT there was NOT a single remote to operate any of them.

This spot is so well kept and beautiful inside! Has a lovely outdoor seating area, 3 large bedrooms, and plenty of space. The 2 apartments made it nice to have a choice of where we stayed! Would stay again!

From the free arrival communication to every single appointment of the interior and the decor of the apartment; this Urban gym does not disappoint. For starters there's a pizza shop on the corner across from the property. I can't make this stuff up people. The moment you walk on the front door and take a look at the decor; the finishings; and the Martha Stewart like layout.. you know you are at home. There's not much I can say about what they're doing wrong, because they're getting everything right. I guess the only suggestion I would make, taking the risk of sounding like a nitpicker, it would have been nice if there was a broom and a dustpan. Other than that. Everything is perfect! Repeat, everything is absolutely spot on! Well done! Stay calm, carry on...
