Cosy 1 Bed Apt in Lincoln with amenities Parking,

Nice ambience, clean and well equipped kitchen, nicely decorated, quiet, easy to find and get into with clear instructions (especially on parking which was very useful), good TV.

Wi-Fi was temperamental/slow, taps were quite stiff and plumbing seemed like it needed some tlc but otherwise great.

Loved how cosy the apartment was, everything that we could have needed for the stay was available! Bathroom was brilliant, very clean and the shower was great! :) Bed was very comfy, I had a great nights sleep! Apartment was very warm which was brilliant!

Tap in the kitchen (hot one) wasn’t working correctly, only trickling some water out so couldn’t wash up properly, so had to leave some dishes unwashed (sorry for that!) Other than that, the apartment was perfect!

Modern kitchen and very comfy bed.

Wasn't great with staircase.

Very clean, well stocked (tea, coffee, milk, toiletries, etc), comfy beds.

No dislikes.

Flat was lovely inside.

Outside and area it was in didn't look great but once in the apartment, you soon forgot where you were. The steps leading up are very narrow so was difficult with luggage.

The apartment was bigger then I thought it would be from the pictures. Has everything you need, especially in the kitchen and lots of little homely touches throughout. Impressive TV with all the channels and streaming sites. The bed was super comfortable and cosy. Slept really well and peacefully both nights we were there.

The stairs leading up to the flat and landing are quite narrow and tricky to get up and down with luggage. The sofa wasn't that comfortable as it is also a fold out sofa bed.
