'the Republic Retreat' Walk to Washington Park!

Great location in the downtown area. Very centrally located for restaurant and many other activities.

Ideally situated, short walk to all of the OTR venues, Music Hall, Findlay Market, etc. Thoughtfully furnished with everything you would want.

Great location! Only time we used our car was to go to the grocery store but that was it! Great restaurants and shops nearby and a short walk to the farmers market ☺️

Absolutely fantastic location and lovely apartment. Loved the clear communication emails beforehand, had zero issues finding it or getting in. If you have kids, just be aware you can hear nightlife going until really late on the weekends if they are light sleepers, but of course being in the heart of things is so worth it if your kids are a bit older like ours! We enjoyed an FC Cincinnati game and this location could not have served us any better. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful two night stay at this cozy apartment. It is in a prime location, and we took advantage of the restaurants, shopping, and events in nearby Washington Park. They definitely give you fair warning about the flights of stairs. The second flight of stairs is steep. Don’t overpack! As mentioned in a previous review, the toilet seat is missing a bolt. While annoying, it wasn’t enough to take away a star. Communication with Evolve was immediate when we had trouble entering the exterior gate/door. Joquetta was helpful, professional, and responsive! Hopefully this issue will be remedied by the property owner. We basically had to kick open the exterior door after inputting the code. Also not annoying enough to take away a star once we knew how to deal with the glitch. This apartment was stocked with anything you could possibly need for your stay! The only thing missing for me was an iron. We would most definitely stay at this location again in the future!

A little difficult to find the appropriate street and gate entrance but once found everything else was as described and in good condition. Nice location to restaurants, shops, and sporting events.

This place is well located in an area of great shops and restaurants. It is clean and convenient.
