property clean, good shower, ok location, warm, value for money

plastic plants, no vegetable knife. sofas tired and uncomfortable. dining chairs offered little support. as i slept in bunk bed room could not find anywhere to sit comfortably and read. would have been useful to have welcome pack with bread and milk as local shop ran out of milk on air show weekend directions to property from train/bus stop would have been helpful. tricky to find from house no. in rain

Nice neighborhood,the beach is right around the corner.Supermarket 10 minutes walk . 5 star accommodation a relaxing place to spend a few days Thank you .

Great location,central to everything easy accessibility to all Portrush has to offer.Very modern,clean apartment with great views back and front.

If i had one criticism and its not really a criticism an observation which is we were in the very top penthouse apartment there were a fair few stairs up to it i think it was a bit much for my mum but it wouldnt stop us going back but i would probably though book a groundfloor apartment next time just for ease for her.

2 windows didn’t close properly & not enough power out of electric shower

Loved that towels and toiletries were provided, and complementary tea/coffee. Great location, 5 minute walk into centre of Portrush. Parking is limited but we always got parked on the street outside the apartment. Check in and out very easy.

Was very happy with everything. The only thing would be if your a light sleep and sleeping in the room at the front, there was lot a of noise from cars passing outside.

Location was good,rooms were basic,cheap an cheerful,adequate for a few days break

Hygiene was not the best,cleaning staff would need to be more observant,after 1 incident which I reported,manager was prompt at calling with me the next morning,also water heater for the sink for dishes is very very slow to heat up,but this was also reported to manager whom I'm sure will take care of it for future clients using the apartment

Good location. Clean & comfortable.

Could do with a welcome pack & suggest places to visit etc. Just thinking for tourists that don't know the local area.
