I liked that it gave me some good walking to the heart of Ballard, it was a sweet little spot, very clean good communication, street parking was cramped and busy but that is city life.

Great location. Space is clean and simple, kitchen had all the utensils we needed to have dinner at home. Parking is a bit tricky but we unloaded and then found parking a couple blocks away. We’d definitely stay here again, love the neighborhood.

The property is very good, clean has everything essential a traveler needs. Vince was very engaged, and he was communicating with me all the time, making sure everything was OK with my stay. I had a bad surprise in the beginning, when I found that in order to receive the entry code, I have to submit a copy of my ID card (front and back), selfie and my credit card number. This was not mentioned when the property was booked. I am not comfortable giving such information to strangers.

The apartment met my expections. It was a ground level apartment in a townhouse, with plenty of space, nice kitchen and comfortable bed. The temperature in the apartment was on the low side, and the keypad lock required a bit of patience and work in entering, but all was clean, functional and as communicated. Bus stop on the main road was just two minutes walk away, which made commuting fluent.

Clean and in a great location

The suite was very clean and spacious. Only issue I had was hearing someone walking loudly on floor above. Just a loud walker and quite active throughout our stay. Maybe just letting others know to be aware that many people are occupying the space and to be considerate. Otherwise, very good place to stay and I would definately stay here again.

We rented an apartment for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised. The apartment is very modern, with designer decoration, all furniture, appliances, utensils are new. Good linens, comfortable beds with anatomical mattresses and pillows. It was very clean, nice to be inside, cozy. Two bedrooms, living room and kitchen combined, but the living room is organized, there was a couch, chairs, coffee tables and TV. The kitchen had coffee, condiments, oil and all the utensils we needed. Brand new washer and dryer, iron. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood close to high school. Safe. Convenient door on code lock. Clean comfortable bath, large mirror. There is a Safeway nearby. We were a little stressed by the small number of reviews, but most likely the reason is because the rental is very recent because everything was in perfect new condition.
