information provided by text and email did not include the wifi password nor was it posted in the unit. I had to write and request the password The bathroom sink was not secure and I was afraid it was going to fall. There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. The water reservoir for the coffee maker was full of green slim making the coffee pot unusable. The bed squeaked every time you touched it or moved. So I woke up every time I rolled over at night and therefore slept very poorly. Overall this was not worth the price

As directed in the reservation, we emailed the host for check-in details and never received a response. We received a second confirmation two days out from our travel, but no further instructions. At the listed number a voicemail said we'd get an entry code four hours ahead of checking - it never arrived. We finally managed to get a live person who indicated the hosts used multiple, uncoordinated booking platforms and as a result, all the host's properties were double or triple booked and as a result we had no room. So just two hours ahead of arrival we were scrambling to find a place to stay. Terrible experience.
