Singer Island Inn

The location is great, the king size bed is 2 twins put together and have big gap, if you are a couple you woukd not like the bed. Never got the Roku to work, and I did not think i had hot water, they had to come show me it was on the colder side.

No clear instructions, just a text asking me to pay a cleaning fee before any information about the unit would be given. Opened the curtain to take a shower and it immediately fell down and I couldn’t get it to stay up. The water pressure was terrible. The toilet constantly ran. There was no regular coffee in the unit, just decaf. The bed mattress was like 6 inches thick and felt every bump and spring. The instructions sent to me said to set the a/c on 78…in Florida. What a joke.

Good location,but other then that disappointing . Very difficult to contact the owner and to check in. The apartment was poorly equipped and maintained.

Found condom wrapping on the floor and the toilet didn’t flush right it didn’t flush right

Wow just an absolute gem. Close to everything and you just steps away from the beach. Love the place and I’ll be back again. You can’t go wrong here. Thanks for everything!

We spent two nights, the place is a little run down, many things inoperable, bathroom fan, chips in floor tiles, front door coming off hinges, couch broken, and most important to us no wine opener. The hidden $100 cleaning fee sucked. Overall, not a $200 a night unit, closer to $65.

Omg horrible. We had for 4 nights, stayed for one. Dirty, horrible people in and out. Onr towel, laundry outside, dirty people using as chairs. DONT GO THERE

The place did not look like the pictures. The floors didn’t look like there were mopped, my daughter’s feet were black if I allowed her to b on the floor. The futon in the living room was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, and had coffee maker with coffee and no filters to make coffee. Overall it was an alright stay, not the best.
